Common Questions
Are your quotes really free?
Yes. Every quote is free and comes with no obligation. For many jobs we can quote from photos, and for roofing work we will visit to assess properly.
How often should gutters be cleared?
For most homes, once or twice a year, ideally in late autumn after the leaves have dropped. Homes near trees may need it more often.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway?
Not when done properly. We adjust pressure and technique for the surface, whether it's block paving, concrete, natural stone or tarmac, and re-sand joints afterwards where needed.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not for most exterior jobs. As long as we have access to the property we can get on, and we'll send you photos once we're finished.
How does the bin wash add-on work?
If we're already at your property for another job, just let us know and we'll clean and sanitise your bins on the same visit for a small extra charge.
When should I book Christmas lights?
As early as possible. Installation slots fill quickly from mid November. We'll also come back in January to take them down safely.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, card and cash. Larger roofing projects are invoiced in stages, which we'll agree with you up front.
